  • Subcontract value: £343,000
  • Completed: February 2014

“Throughout the work the subcontract foreman and site team were pro-active, professional and conscientious understanding the aims of the project, positive and responsive whatever the weather. Great care was taken with every aspect of the work by this skilled team.”

The team rebuilt three chimneys and entire elevation at the front of the building; the biggest challenge was dismantling the facade, numbering all the bricks and then rebuilding. The team had to match the colour of the mortar and blend in new bricks with old bricks to achieve a high quality finished product.
